Dear valued guest – We hope you enjoy your stay with us. We LOVE our guests and want to keep the Gate Creek Cabins experience as affordable as possible. We are blessed to have a dedicated housekeeping and management staff on-site. We offer a level of year-round off-grid accommodations that are above and beyond comfortable.

Due to the high cost of doing business in the “Last Frontier,” effective immediately, there will be a $70 cleaning fee for each rental stay. This fee will be added to your total accommodations fee upon checkout. As many of you already do, you can help us keep costs down by leaving your cabin in the condition you found it in.

As you can imagine, a large amount of effort is required to replace any broken items. Sometimes, cabins are rented the same night you depart so we do an inventory check after each stay. Please, if you accidentally break something, report it to the office immediately or at least upon checkout.

Pets

We know Alaskans LOVE their pets. Gate Creek Cabins has two pet-friendly cabins at the resort. One dog is allowed per night, per cabin. It must be socialized and able to get along with other resident dogs. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside and, we hope it goes without saying, you need to clean up after them at all costs. A $30 per night pet fee will be applied to your stay. Please remember, while we do allow your pet in the cabin, it is NOT allowed on the furniture, including the beds. A dog bed and bowl are provided for your convenience. Thank you in advance for adhering to our pet policies.
